• Our approach to privacy
1. Offers round ("Offers round", "we" or "our") is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. The Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, store, process, transfer, share and use data that identifies you or is associated with you (“Personal Information”) and information about our use of cookies and similar technologies.
2. We operate an online marketplace for ordering products, services, beverages and food that the Offers Round App provides as a service through a mobile application (the Application) available for download to your device (Offers Round App Service).
3. This Privacy Policy applies to the Offer Round Application Service (including the Application).
4. Please ensure that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand how we collect, store, use and disclose your personal information before accessing or using the Offers Round Service.
• Who is responsible for the use of your personal information? The Offers round App is the controller of the personal information we hold about you in connection with your use of the Offers round App. This means that we determine how we use your personal information and are responsible for it.
• Personal information we collect from you when you use the Service, and how it is used
1. We collect the personal information that you submit to us of your own free will when you use the Offers Round app service. This may include information you provide to us when creating an account on the Offers round Service, filling out a form on the Offers round Service, purchasing a product, writing to us by phone, email or otherwise, subscribing to our mailing lists, newsletters, or Other forms of marketing communications or use of certain other features of the Offers Round App service.
2. This information may include, for example, your contact and payment details. If you choose not to provide this personal information, we may not be able to provide these parts of the Offers Round app to you or respond to your other requests.

The table in Appendix 1 (link to Appendix 1 below) details the categories of personal information we collect about you and how we use that information when using the Offers round App service, as well as the legal basis on which we process personal information and the recipient of that personal information.
• Information we collect about you automatically

We also automatically and indirectly collect personal information about how you access and use the Offers round Service, and information about the device you use to access the Offers round Service when you visit our Offers round Service, read our emails, or You interact with us in another way. We use this information to provide you with the features and functionality of the Offers Round App Service, to monitor and improve the Offers Round Service and to develop new products and services. We typically collect this information through a variety of tracking technologies, including cookies, web beacons, embedded scripts, location technologies, file information, and similar tracking technologies.
2. The table in Appendix 2 (link to Appendix 2 below) details the categories of personal information we collect about you automatically and how we use that information. The table also lists the legal basis on which we process personal information and the recipient of that personal information. 3. We may link or combine the personal information we collect about you and the information we collect automatically. This allows us to provide you with a personalized experience regardless of how you interact with us.
4. We may anonymize and aggregate any of the personal information we collect (so that it does not directly identify you). We may use anonymous information for purposes including testing our IT systems, researching, analyzing data, improving the Offers round app, and developing new products and features. We may also share this aggregated and anonymous information with others.
• How long do we keep your personal information?
1. We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of our legitimate business interests and to satisfy any legal or reporting requirements.
• Recipients of personal information We may share your personal information with the following (as required and in accordance with the purposes set out in Annexes 1 and 2):
1. Third parties from our Food and Beverage Providers: We may share your personal information with other partners such as food and beverage providers, products and services in order to facilitate the use of the Offers Round app service to place orders.
2. Service Providers and Consultants: We may share your personal information with third parties such as vendors and service providers who perform services for us or on our behalf, which may include providing professional services such as legal and accounting services, mail, email or chat services, fraud prevention, web hosting, or providing Analytical services.
3. Buyers and third parties in connection with a business transaction: Your personal information may be disclosed to third parties in connection with a transaction, such as a merger, sale of assets or shares, reorganization, financing, change of control, or acquisition of all or part of our business.
4. Law enforcement, regulators and other parties for legal reasons: We may share your personal information with third parties as required by law or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (i) comply with the law and reasonable law enforcement requests; (2) Detecting illegal activities and breach of and investigation of agreements, including our Terms of Service; and/or (3) exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the Offers App, its users, or others.
5. Partners: We may also share your personal information with our partners so that they can provide services, and contact you directly to offer special offers, discounts or other benefits. In any event, we will take reasonable precautions to ensure that all of the above third parties are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of any personal data they receive from us.
• Marketing and Advertising
1. We may contact you from time to time to provide you with information about our products and services, including sending you marketing messages and requesting your feedback on our products and services.
2. Most of the marketing messages that we send through the Offers Round app service will be in the form of notifications. For some marketing communications, we may use the personal information we collect about you to help us determine which marketing information is most relevant to you. You can opt out of receiving promotional email communications from us by turning off marketing notifications via the Profile Settings page of the Offers Round App (you can turn them back on at any time via the same process). We do our best to process all unsubscribe requests promptly. You may not opt out of communications related to the Service (for example, account verification, transaction communications, changes/updates to features of the Offers App, technical and security notices).
3. We will not send you marketing messages unless you have given us your consent to do so. You may withdraw your consent at a later time by updating your preferences via your account profile settings on the Offers App Service.
• Storage and transmission of your personal information
1. Security, . We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or damage. All personal information that we collect by our cloud hosting provider will be stored on secure servers. We will never send you unsolicited emails or call you by phone to ask for your account ID, password, credit or debit card information, or national identification numbers.
2. International transfer of your personal information. Personal information we collect may be transferred to and stored in countries outside the jurisdiction in which we and our third party service providers operate. If you are accessing our Over Around App Service from the European Economic Area (“EEA”) (and the United Kingdom), your personal information will be processed outside the European Economic Area (and the United Kingdom) including third party cloud service providers in the United States and the Middle East. In the event of such transfer, we ensure that: (i) the personal information is transferred to countries recognized as offering an equal level of protection; or (ii) the transfer takes place in accordance with appropriate safeguards, such as standard data protection clauses approved by the European Commission; or (iii) such transfer shall be to a third party member of a Compliance Scheme recognized by the European Commission as providing adequate protection for the rights and freedoms of data subjects, such as the EU-US Privacy Shield. 1. If you are accessing our Overround App Service from the European Economic Area, in accordance with applicable privacy law, you have the following rights in relation to the personal information we hold about you:
• Cookies and similar technologies used in our app
1. Our App uses cookies and similar technologies such as pixels and local storage segments (LSOs) such as HTML5 (collectively “Cookies”) to distinguish you from other users on our App. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when browsing our app and also allows us to monitor and analyze how you use and interact with our app so that we can continue to improve our app. It also helps us and our advertising partners to identify products and services that may be of interest to you, in order to deliver targeted advertising to you.
2. Cookies are pieces of code that allow us to personalize our application experience by saving your information such as your user ID and other preferences. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer's hard drive for record keeping purposes.
3. Although we do our best to respect the privacy preferences of our users, we are unable to respond to Do Not Track signals set by your browser at this time.
4. We use the following types of cookies:
1. Strictly Necessary Cookies, . These are the cookies that are required to operate our Offer Round app service. They include, for example, cookies that enable you to log into secure areas of our Offers Round app service, or to use a shopping cart.

• Tracking technologies used in our emails
1. Our emails may contain tracking pixels that determine whether and when you opened an email we sent you, how often you read it and whether you clicked on any links in that email. This helps us measure the effectiveness of our email marketing campaigns, make the emails we send to you more relevant to your interests and understand whether you've opened and read any important administrative emails we may send you.

2. Usually, but not always, this information is collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies. These third parties may collect, or we may share, mobile identifiers, such as the iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA), Google Advertising Identifier, as well as your device IP address, information about other apps on your device, your location, and information about your use of the Offers Round App Service or Email address or hashed data and information about the ads you have viewed or clicked on.
3. We and our third party partners use this information to make the advertisements you see online more relevant to your interests, as well as to provide advertising-related services such as reporting, attribution, analytics and market research.

We may also use certain forms of display advertising and other advanced features through Google Analytics Global, such as remarketing with Google Analytics, Google Display Network visibility reporting, DoubleClick campaign manager integration, Google Analytics demographic data and interest reports. . These features enable us to use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie), third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick advertising cookie) or other third-party cookies together to inform, improve, and display ads based on your past visits to the App Service. • Links to Third Party Websites The Offer Round Service may, from time to time, contain links to and from third-party websites, including those of other users, our partner networks, advertisers, partner merchants, newsletters, retailers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we are not responsible or liable for their policies. Please check individual policies before submitting any information to those websites.
• Our policy towards children The Offers Round Service is not directed at persons under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. • Changes to this policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time so you should check this page periodically. When we materially change this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last Modified" date at the end of this Privacy Policy. Changes to this Privacy Policy will take effect when they are posted on this page.
• Notice to you If we need to provide you with information about something, whether it is for legal, marketing or other business-related purposes, we will choose what we think is the best way to contact you. We usually do this via email or by placing a notice on the Offers Round App Service. Our notifications to you will not prevent you from being able to opt out of certain types of contacts as described in this Privacy Policy.
